The Explorer offering is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SwitchPitch makes no representations or warranties regarding uptime, data accuracy, feature availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
4. Data and Content Limitations
Data, recommendations, and outputs provided through the Explorer offering may be limited, incomplete, or subject to additional restrictions compared to paid tiers.
SwitchPitch does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data or content accessible via Explorer accounts.
5. Prohibited Uses
Explorer accounts may not be used to:
- Circumvent paid tier restrictions or access features not included in Explorer access
- Create multiple accounts to extend trial access
- Scrape, bulk export, or systematically collect platform data
- Use the platform for commercial resale or redistribution purposes
6. Upgrade and Termination
SwitchPitch may convert, upgrade, downgrade, or terminate Explorer accounts at its discretion. Users will retain access to their submitted data subject to SwitchPitch's data retention policies.
You may stop using the Explorer offering at any time by ceasing use of the platform.
7. Incorporation of General Terms
All provisions of the SwitchPitch Terms of Service apply to your use of the Explorer offering, including but not limited to sections on User Content, Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law.
